It took 2 hours to deliver 3 dishes… either they should increase their delivery capacity or should stop taking orders. By not doing it, yes they make money today but lose customers from tomorrow…

Punkte gehen runter wegen dem unhöflichen Lieferanten vom Restaurant. Die Klingel funktionierte unvorhergesehen nicht und dieses Problem konnte durch einen Anruf gelöst werden. Er wurde äußerst unhöflich.
